The company was founded in 1988 and it is headquartered in Pandamaran Industrial Park, Pelabuhan Klang, Selangor, Malaysia, where its main manufacturing plant is located.

KTH PAINT INDUSTRIES SDN BHD has expanded its business from home-based business till now owns its own 6 factories (14,000sq feet to 63,520sq feet), started from only 1 employee expanded to 50 above employees and with an annual turnover increase rate at 10% to 15% every year. With its excellent products and high-quality services, KTH PAINT INDUSTRIES SDN BHD was awarded the Asia Pacific International Honesty Enterprise Keris Award in 2010 and the Malaysia Power Brand – Established Brand Award in 2013.
